How do the 1-2-1 coaching sessions work?

As part of our Premium Membership package we are pleased to offer a 60min 1-2-1 coaching session with one of our professionally trained coaches. This can give you the additional support you might want to instigate change or kick-start your development. The coaching sessions are typically done remotely using Skype. You will recieve an email within 7 days of purchasing your subscription with the information you need to schedule your session. Sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase.

How do I log into EVO GOALS?

You log into the EVO GOALS web and mobile applications using the email address and password that you created when you registered and paid for your subscription.

How do I pay for my membership subscription?

EVO GOALS payments are processed using Stripe. All major debit and credit cards are accepted.

How long does my membership subscription last?

Monthly membership subscription is valid for 1 month from date of purchase and Annual membership is valid for 1 year from date of purchase. Your membership subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel or your payment card has expired. All of the learning material, tools and FREE companion apps are available for the duration of your subscription. You may cancel your membership subscription at any time.

How do I delete my account?

If you would like your account and all data associated with it deleted, please email contact@evogoals.com from the email address that is associated with your account. Please note that deleting your account does stop any active subscription. You will need to cancel that separately.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to contact@evogoals.com from the email address that is associated with your account.

Will my data be synced between my mobile app and the web?

Yes, your account data is synced between the mobile and web applications.

How do I stop EVO GOALS emails going to my junk/spam folder?

We are working hard to improve our email deliverability to your Inbox. If an email goes to your junk/spam folder, please drag and drop the email into your Primary folder (e.g. Inbox) which should help with future emails. You can also add the email address fiona@evogoals.com to your contacts.

Which Apple Operating Systems are supported?

The EVO GOALS web application is compatible with iOS 10 and above which is supported on the iPad 4 and iPad mini 2 onwards. We do not support iOS 9. Whilst the EVO GOALS learning programme is accessible from iPad and mobile devices we do recommend using a larger screen for maximum user experience.

Which Internet Browsers are supported?

The EVO GOALS web application is compatible with Google Chrome (preferred), Safari, Microsoft Edge and Firefox.

Why do I only have one Goal in my account?

Each account is setup with base data when you first register. One sample goal is created. You may edit this goal using the 'Edit' button and create new goals by clicking the 'Add Goal' button. There is also a help icon on most pages to provide guidance information. Click on the '?' icon to access it.

How do I get additional support?

If you need additional support, you can submit a question in the 'Account' section of the web application or email us directly at contact@evogoals.com. Please email us from the email address that is associated with your account to ensure we can help you most efficiently.
